Read through these affirmations and pick the ones that will help you the most or make up your own. Write these out and put them somewhere you can see them every day. On your computer, refrigerator, car, mirror or even your calendar. Just repeat these every morning, throughout your day and at night to yourself!
Affirmations are so important for your every day positive attitude for your life and your business. If everyday you wake up and say to yourself “I am a strong and growing person, everyday I am getting better and better!” YOU WILL BE!!
On the flip side you could wake up and say to yourself “I am just not strong enough and I am not growing. I am not getting better and better everyday.” We all have unconscious negative thoughts that need to be replaced by positive one!!
In the dictionary the word affirmation means, the act of affirming or the state of being affirmed. Something declared to be true. A positive statement or judgment.
Something declared to be true is the best way to describe what saying affirmations over and over will do for you. What you decide to declare for yourself is what your brain will declare to be true. Your path will be clear to accomplish everything you want day after day. You are literally training your mind to do and think the positive way instead of the negative way.
When you fill your mind with positive messages and goals your brain will have no room for any of the negative.
