Call it fate, call it karma, call it whatever you want, but the day I met Linda and Brian, it was meant to be. I was unhappy in my job and my husband Tom and I were trying to have children, but with my travel schedule, it made it impossible. Ever try conceiving a baby over the phone??
I felt as if my job was running my life and keeping me from really living the life I wanted!
I had no idea what I stumbled upon when I met Linda and Brian Kaminski at their home rummage sale. We talked a bit, and they treated me to some samples of L’Bri skin care. I tried the products and absolutely loved them. I loved what the skin care did for my skin. My skin was softer, cleaner and it was so gentle on my dry, flaky skin. I was intrigued that the product was natural and that Aloe was the key, first ingredient of L’Bri products. I felt that L’Bri had lots of potential and a huge future – I wanted to be part of that! After only eight months of sharing L’Bri, I quit my job. Around this time, Tom and I realized that having children wasn’t so easy. I was having a hard time conceiving and had to turn to a fertility specialist. Without L’Bri in my life, I really do not think I would have had the strength, courage and also the money to undergo invitro fertilization. It took us three grueling attempts but it was all worth it, as our baby girl, Sylvia was born on Fathers Day 2003. My dreams had come true…a child, a great marriage to my husband Tom and a job I could be proud of, and enjoy everyday.
My mother was my mentor. Before her passing, she encouraged me to give L’Bri a shot, take the time to grow the business and see what happens. I love that the company logo is a butterfly, as my mom loved butterflies. Again, it was simply meant to be.
