Meet a Few Execs

I am so excited!!! It’s funny how when you really believe it can happen-it does happen.

When you have a team like the one I am a part of, anything can happen. These ladies I share my business with, my ideas with and my time with are a huge part of why being a part of the L’BRI executive team is so important to me. You are such an inspiration to me. I know they have dreams, many similar to the ones I hold dear to me and with a team like Linda and Brian Kaminski, well, we all know we are on the way to making our dreams come true.

I love sharing L’BRI products and I truly enjoy building a business for myself and my family, which is built on a foundation of kindness, strength and integrity. Thank you to the ladies of the L’BRI Executive team for being such great role models. Thank you Gina for being the most incredible mentor that you are. Without your time, support and passion, I would not be where I am.

I also want to thank Lin Ragle, L’BRI’s VP of Training. Lin’s training has been so valuable to me and my team.

My husband Gary, and my children CJ, Ellie and Jake are my world! Living with passion has become more important to me than ever before. I am blessed to have them and to be headed down a career path where I can dream, grow and model the way for others. This is going to be a great year! Let’s go Dream Weavers!

I am thrilled to be writing this for the L’BRI Newsletter! Just 9 months ago I tried L’BRI for the first time, and days later I joined this fabulous company! At that time, I saw it as a huge business opportunity and I jumped right in. I started by setting goals for myself. My first goal was to reach Supervisor by July, well when I did it by April 1st, I thought how about Manager by July, and be awarded a new Nissan by Christmas! I am very proud to say, I was named Exec Manager as of November first, and I am currently in my 1st month to qualify for a Brand NEW
NISSAN! Christmas here I come!!!

So now I want to give a BIG Shout out to all of my Teammates who have been building there businesses by doing shows, recruiting and promoting right along with me!

Wow!! This is amazing to me!! I love it! “Be clear on what you want and believe you can have it!” This is from one of the many books I’ve read at the beginning of 2011. In February, at Gina’s request, I wrote down my goals for the year. They included: Make manager by July 1st and Exec Manager by November 1st!!! I made manager by May 1st and now this!! Guess I don’t have to tell you that I am going to be setting down some new, bigger goals!! Set goals and the other tips are persistence and consistency. Be persistent and consistent, not matter what!! Just keep on keepin’ on!! Eventually, sometimes sooner than later, you’ll catch up to your desire!! And stay positive in ALL things! My biggest thanks go out to all of consultants who are a part of this amazing team. They have really supported this effort and have made the push when needed- Thank you. A big thanks to Emily Howe for the inspiration she brings to our whole team. Congrats to her on her incredible promotion to Exec. Manager! I feel like the luckiest consultant at L’BRI! I have been a consultant with L’BRI since April 2002 and have worked with many people with numerous skin care challenges. I have seen people with rosacea have their complexion renewed in one week. I have seen people with painful psoriasis find relief that they never had before while using steroids. I have helped people work through adult acne who have been on antibiotics for years. …. and my specialty … returning mature and sun damaged skin to its supple youthful glow and texture! Of course, I work with normal skin as well, keeping it as beautiful as it is, while adding an extra creaminess or translucence to it.

Shirley Welch, long time wife and mother, re-emerged as “Bubbles” in 1998 when her first grandchild was born and she gave out “Bubbles of Joy” to celebrate.

Bubbles has always been an entrepreneur and an artist. In fact, she owned a very successful, hand-painted apparel business for a number of years. When she found L’BRI Pure n’ Natural, she was so impressed with the results she saw in her own skin that she became a consultant.

Bubbles has been an Executive Manager with L’BRI for many years and it is the perfect fit. She loves helping women with their skin issues, but more than that, her PASSION is empowering women with their own business. There is nothing like being your own boss. L’BRI has allowed Bubbles to travel, fulfill a life long dream of becoming a certified scuba diver, take mission trips and develop her art. Bubbles and her husband (known to some as “Mr. Bubbles”) live in Birmingham, Alabama. When asked what her favorite color is she says, “Every!” You can see her love of color, nature, children and overall beauty in her works of art and the way she lives her life. She strives to continue to spread “Bubbles of Joy” whenever possible!

Over the past 7 years I have been so blessed to have found a product that’s so amazing… and also, a company that really believes and cares about their consultants!!  It’s absolutely one of the best decisions I’ve ever made!  It’s been such an incredible journey with so many rewards.

L’BRI has been such an incredible blessing to me.  My whole life I was plagued with terrible skin.  It all started when I was born with a large growth on my face, which the doctors removed when I was one day old.  Back then they used dry ice and, needless to say, they didn’t do a very good job.  I was left with a noticeable scar which I was very self-conscious about.  In High School I started to develop cystic acne which left behind many deep acne scars.  To try to hide these scars, I started tanning as often as I could, leaving me with sun damaged, leathery-looking, scarred skin.

I tried so many different facial products and nothing ever seemed to work.  I packed on more and more make-up to try to hide all of these imperfections, all without success.

THEN I discovered L’BRI!  I had just delivered my third child and my skin was the worst it’s ever been…the lack of sleep, raging hormones, I wasn’t a very pretty sight!  My good friend Kathleen Llaurado introduced me to the L’BRI products and, although skeptical, I decided to give them a try.  I loved the fact that aloe was the first ingredient (instead of water or mineral oil like most products) and that the products contained such remarkable ingredients, and they were 100% guaranteed.  I started noticing results almost immediately…softer more hydrated skin, better skin texture and my puffiness and dark circles around my eyes were quickly diminishing. I was thrilled!  I continued using the products and added some of the extended care products, and my skin is now 1000 times better than it ever was, I’m thrilled!  You’d never know that I had the kind of scarring and skin damage that I had and I have so much more confidence!  It has truly changed my life.

I’ve made it my main priority to share L’BRI with as many people as possible, because it really truly does make a huge difference.  What’s so wonderful about this business is we’re not just selling a product, but we’re actually helping people look and feel better about themselves. How cool is that?  Like I often tell my customers, we’re only given one precious face per lifetime and our face is what people look at from the day we’re born until the day we die.  So why skimp on skin care??  It just doesn’t make sense.

Please do me a favor and take those extra two minutes morning and evening to cleanse and moisturize your skin with good quality products like L’BRI – you’ll be so much happier when you look in the mirror 5 years from now.

L’BRI’s business opportunity is second to none.  I never ever thought in a million years that I’d be doing something like this, and now I can’t even imagine NOT being part of this incredible company!  It’s enabled me to stay home with my three kids and REALLY enjoy life.  Linda and Brian Kaminski have made their dreams a reality and have made this business opportunity available to ANYONE who has a desire to have it all.  I’m here for the long haul and look forward to watching this company grow above and beyond my wildest dreams!  Won’t you join me?

Lori is an energetic lady with high goals. She is an outstanding leader with a growing team in northern Wisconsin. Lori was one of the first Supervisors to win a founders club trip to Mexico…the next year when we went on our trip she was an Executive. She is a shinning example of how someone can grow a business because of having passion and a consistent work ethic. Lori won the Spirit of L’BRI Award in 2010 and has been an inspiration to all of us at L’BRI.
