Meet a Few Managers

When I joined L’BRI in June of 2010, I never imagined I would be Manager in under a year. I joined L’BRI to get the products that I love at a discount and to get out of the house for

some much needed “girl” time. As a stay at home mother of four boys, L’BRI was a perfect fit.
I am not your typical “girlie” girl and had abandoned many luxuries upon the birth of my last child. I found that when I was using the products, I had a shift in attitude. I couldn’t afford to go to the spa or spend a lot amount of money on skin care—but I could take a few minutes a day for myself and use a spa quality product that healed my stressed skin.

My friends and family were surprised when they heard I was joining a skin care and cosmetic company. I felt that if I was just able to enjoy some time out of the house and save money on my product it would be a mutually satisfying relationship.

L’BRI swiftly became something bigger than I ever imagined. I started to see how much other people loved the product. I really enjoyed sharing that experience with them. The highlight of my day is when I get a message from someone with their story of L’BRI “awesomeness.”

I loved how easy and wonderful the company was to work for. It was only natural to share the business opportunity with others. The best part was I could fit this into my life around my busy schedule and four active boys.

I promoted to Supervisor in December of 2010 and now am excited that I have promoted to Manager in May of 2011.

There is no magic to my story. It’s simply been systematic. Our trainings, our team Monday night calls, our website and working with my leaders have laid my foundation for success. It was as easy as crossing a street. You look left and then right, step off the curb and walk across that street. If you follow the formula, you will have L’BRI success.

I am so thankful to the ladies on my team! You all inspire and encourage me to learn and be more effective every day. I wish you all continued success and can’t wait to see you in your journey.

I would like to thank the gals at corporate. You have been so supportive and friendly. Gina LaGalbo has laid down the structure and given me tools to perform consistently. She has also been a wonderful cheerleader. Barbara Geatches can be explained in two words, wisdom and patience. We have spent hours of education, advice, mentoring, giggling and dreaming. Your passion for all things healthy has inspired me and confirmed all of my beliefs about L’BRI.

Linda and Brian’s vision and pursuit of excellence has motivated me to continue helping others with this effective and affordable skin care. Being able to help someone get out of debt or rejuvenate their skin is so satisfying. Thank you for your support and commitment to helping us realize our dreams.

Lastly, I would like to thank Marcy Black for dragging me out of my shell and to my first show. Who would have guessed it would have made such a profound change in my life?

I can’t wait to see what the rest of 2011 holds in store for us and look forward to seeing all of the L’BRI family at conference!!

Hi My Name Is Lindsey Ginko,

I’m so grateful to have found L’BRI Pure n’ Natural!

Several years ago, my skin was in horrible shape. It was dry and itchy and very dehydrated due to the heavy oils in the products I had been using for years.
I had already made dramatic changes to my diet and realized that the chemicals I was putting on my skin were undermining all the changes I had made in my diet. It was time to find something more natural, without all the damaging chemicals and ingredients so common in skincare.

I had the opportunity to try L’BRI’s skincare line and I couldn’t believe the difference in my skin after just a couple of days – it felt softer, it didn’t hurt and it looked so much better and healthier! Then, unbelievably, other people started noticing my skin and commenting on the changes they’d seen.

Having a L’BRI business has allowed me the flexibility to work around my family’s schedule. I’ve really enjoyed getting out of the house and meeting other women and getting paid for having FUN!

In May 2005 I was invited to a L’BRI party. I had a temporary med-tronic stimulator, leads in my spine with wires hanging out of my back, attached to the battery unit that I wore in a fanny pack on my waist, which limited my activity. I went to the L’BRI party only because there wasn’t much else I could do. My Consultant, Lori Fandrey (who is also a new Executive Manager in L’BRI) saw the wires and fanny pack and she set out to pamper me! I was afraid to try the products because I had been allergic to several skin care products. All off the L’BRI products felt fabulous on my skin and amazingly, I didn’t have a reaction! With all the pain I was living with, L’BRI helped me to feel good about myself again. Also, after losing three friends and my sister to cancer in 2004, it was finally great to feel that way again!

L’BRI has opened many doors of opportunity for me. It gave me a job when no one else would. L’BRI lets me work from home when I’m having a bad day and makes me feel great when I’m at a party sharing the L’BRI products. Linda told me once that I only needed my mouth to be successful and that works great! I’m very blessed to be part of L’BRI. It has been the best job/opportunity I have ever had! It is fun and rewarding helping my customers and consultants.
