National Convention at Grand Geneva
For the first time, our L’Bri National Convention will be convened in September, and the location is the incomparable Grand Geneva Resort & Spa. Plan to attend National Convention on Friday and Saturday, Sept. 17 and 18 at the peak of the fall foliage season. Situated in Wisconsin’s historic Lake Geneva, the picturesque Grand Geneva is a AAA 4-Diamond resort with award-winning restaurants, a spa, two championship golf courses, indoor and outdoor pools, tennis, and much more. Each guest room features a private balcony or patio.

New Customer Pack Procedure
With the first order, a new customer receives the L’Bri New Customer Pack. We revised our procedures to make sure the New Customer Pack is delivered regardless of when the initial order is placed.
Advisory Board Offers Insight
L’Bri is forming an Advisory Board to provide valuable sales field insight. The Advisory Board, comprised of Executive Managers, will be convened twice a year to discuss company programs, incentives, and plans. In addition, Advisory Board members will be invited to take part in exclusive special events and VIP get-togethers. There are two qualifying periods, January through June and July through December. Qualifying Executive Managers must have at least 12 qualified personally-sponsored Consultants and $9,000 or more in total group sales each month during the qualifying period, and conduct group meetings and trainings to be considered for the board. The Advisory Board’s first meeting will be in January in Jamaica. An announcement will be made in early January announcing the first members of the Advisory Board.

The last couple of years I have had problems with Rosacea and everything that I have tried in the way of face creams and makeup have only caused more irritation to my face. The current month’s sale expires as of the second day of the following month.

Annual Consultant Renewal
Starting in 2009 L’Bri will charge a once-a-year renewal of $35 to maintain your consultant status. Every January we will mail the renewal notice to all consultants. If a consultant does not renew by Feb. 1, we will then re classify that consultant to a customer. Any customers or consultants under them will then roll up to the next active qualified consultant. All consultants that joined L’Bri in 2008 will NOT need to renew this January.

New Brand Image for L'Bri
Sophisticated…elegant…contemporary are some of the words describing our new brand image. In this, our tenth anniversary year, the new brand image gives us an exciting competitive edge. Enthusiastically received by both women and men in marketing focus groups, the new brand logo will initially begin appearing on skin care packaging. By mid February, we expect the new brand graphics will begin appearing on our “Perfect Finish” foundation packaging. During this time of transition, some packaging may display the original L’Bri logo.
Parabens Removed From L’Bri Liquid Foundation Products
In addition to the new logo design, our liquid make-up base foundation will now be paraben free. For many years, parabens have been used as a preservative in cosmetics and pharmaceuticals. For example, parabens are often found in toothpaste and deodorants. While many scientists contend parabens are safe, the recent controversy about long-term exposure to parabens has led us to remove the preservative from our make-up base.
